Job summary

Endicott College, located on Boston's North Shore, seeks a Director of Internship Operations & Systems to lead technology, data, and operational systems for the Internship & Career Center. This role ensures accurate data, efficient processes, and effective training across stakeholders including students, faculty, and employer partners.

The Director will oversee Symplicity/Gulls@Work, Workday integrations, data reporting, and training programs, driving continuous improvement in internship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible professional experience in operations, technology systems, career services, experiential education, higher education administration, assessment, data management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex operational processes, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing or providing functional leadership for technology systems, databases, integrations, or enterprise applications.
• Experience analyzing data and developing reports, dashboards, or other materials that support organizational decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, document, and improve policies, procedures, workflows, and operational standards.
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including academic leaders, faculty, staff, technology partners, and vendors.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and oversight for technology systems supporting the Internship & Career Center (40%).
• Oversees data collection, reporting, and system integrations (Symplicity/Gulls@Work and Workday).
• Develops training materials and user guides for system adoption.
• Leads internship processes, policies, timelines, and operational standards (40%).
• Manages assessments, data collection, and reporting on student outcomes.
• Supports cross-functional projects with IT, Marketing, Research Center, and academic departments.
