Job summary

Endicott College seeks a Director of Internship Operations & Systems to lead the technology, data, and processes that support experiential learning across the Internship & Career Center. Reporting to the Dean, this role oversees Symplicity/Gulls@Work and Workday integrations, trains users, and drives continuous improvement in internship operations.

The ideal candidate will partner with IT, faculty, employers, and campus offices to ensure accurate data, effective reporting, and high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in operations, technology systems, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and data reporting.
• Familiarity with career services, experiential education, or higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for internship operations and technology systems.
• Oversee data management, reporting, and continuous process improvement.
• Lead integration between Symplicity/Gulls@Work and Workday.
• Develop and deliver technology training for students, staff, and partners.
• Collaborate with IT, communications, andAcademic partners to optimize workflows.
