Job summary

Endicott College, Beverly, MA, seeks a Director of Internship Operations & Systems to lead technology, data, and processes underpinning experiential learning and career initiatives.

You will oversee Symplicity/Gulls@Work and Workday integrations, train stakeholders, ensure data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across the Internship & Career Center. Collaboration with IT, the Research Center, and Marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in operations, technology systems, or career services.
• Experience leading complex operational processes and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for internship technology systems (Symplicity/Gulls@Work, Workday) and data management.
• Oversee internship operations, processes, policies, timelines, and standards for consistency and quality.
• Develop and deliver system training for students, faculty, staff, and partners; create user guides and FAQs.
• Coordinate data transfers, integrations, and reporting with IT, vendors, and institutional stakeholders.
• Lead ongoing process improvements and reporting to support decision-making and accountability.
