Job summary

WesleyLife seeks a Director of Staffing Resources to lead the FlexCare program, the organization’s internal workforce solution. You will drive growth, sustainability, and performance across WesleyLife communities, reducing agency usage and improving staffing stability.

You will oversee program expansion, monitor KPIs, and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment while ensuring financial and operational accountability. A centralized FlexCare Scheduler reports to this role.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in progressive leadership roles, incl. supervising managers or department leaders.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Proven success in operational leadership, team development, financial management, and achieving goals.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; scheduling platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for the FlexCare program.
• Grow and sustain FlexCare as the internal staffing solution.
• Monitor KPIs including agency reduction, labor utilization, retention, and cost avoidance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to recruit and onboard FlexCare team members.
• Oversee deployment and utilization of FlexCare resources across communities.
