Job summary

WesleyLife in Iowa seeks compassionate RNs to join the FlexCare staffing pool, supporting WellSpire communities with open shifts across days, evenings, nights, and weekends. This internal role offers premium hourly pay and flexible scheduling while ensuring high‑quality licensed care.

Responsibilities include traveling between communities, completing timely documentation, and maintaining compliance with care standards. A valid Iowa RN license and transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Iowa.
• Ability to work across the WellSpire network.
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available.
• Reliable transportation is required to travel between communities.

• Support multiple communities by traveling to WellSpire locations based on staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand, staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.

• Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and timely.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool as RNs. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

Education & Experience

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Ability to work in various care environments within the WellSpire network
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available
• Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WellSpire communities as needed
