Job summary

WesleyLife is seeking compassionate RNs to join its FlexCare staffing pool in DeWitt, IA. FlexCare supports multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed.

As part of the internal clinical team, you will provide licensed, high‑quality care and travel between WellSpire locations. Perks include premium hourly pay, holiday pay, and incentive pay on urgent shifts. An active Iowa RN license is required.

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa (Active).
• Ability to travel between WellSpire communities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care.
• Support multiple communities by traveling to WellSpire locations based on staffing needs.
• Assist teams during high-demand periods and staff shortages.
• Maintain compliance with WesleyLife and WellSpire policies and care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Demonstrate adaptability and professionalism in care environments.

We are seeking compassionate, dependable clinical professionals to join our Flexible Staffing Pool as RNs. FlexCare team members support multiple WesleyLife communities by stepping into open shifts — including days, evenings, nights, and weekends — wherever coverage is needed most.

As part of our internal clinical team, FlexCare professionals serve across multiple communities, providing licensed, high-quality care while enjoying the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their life.

• Premium hourly pay (higher than standard PRN roles)

• Opportunities for incentive/stat pay on urgent shifts

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centered clinical care in alignment with individualized care plans.
• Support multiple communities by traveling to WellSpire locations based on current staffing needs.
• Assist teams during periods of increased demand, including staff shortages, vacations, and higher‑acuity situations.
• Maintain compliance with all WesleyLife and WellSpire's policies, as well as state and federal care standards.
• Complete documentation accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate adaptability, collaboration, and professionalism in every care environment.

Education & Experience

• Active RN license in the state of Iowa
• Ability to work in various care environments within the WellSpire network
• Minimum 16 hours per pay period when shifts are available
• Reliable transportation is required to support travel between WellSpire communities as needed
