Job summary

Wesley Enhanced Living seeks a Director of Culture Transformation & Professional Development to steward the enterprise’s culture strategy and embed our Core Qualities across all communities. You will partner with the CEO/COO and clinical leaders to drive leadership development, workforce engagement, and sustainable organizational practices that improve resident care outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Education, Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, culture transformation, leadership development, healthcare operations, or related areas.
• Demonstrated success leading organization-wide culture or change initiatives.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to translate concepts into actions.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from executives to frontline staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead culture transformation initiatives with Core Qualities as foundational elements.
• Develop strategies for organization-wide adoption and integration of Core Qualities.
• Create communication, training, and reinforcement plans for all levels.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to improve engagement and alignment.
• Partner with CEO/COO and leadership teams to keep culture initiatives a priority.
• Provide guidance to senior leaders and facilitate internalization of Core Qualities.
• Oversee clinical training requirements in collaboration with DON and clinical staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements to support growth and retention.
