Job summary

Hickory in New York is seeking a Director of Integrations to own post-merger integrations end to end within our M&A team. You’ll read financials, identify operational risks, and lead the work to bring acquired companies into the Hickory family without disrupting what made them valuable.

You’ll deploy the Vision Blueprint and Living Playbook, hire and develop the team, and scale the integration engine as we grow, with data-driven decisions and fast execution.

Qualifications

• You've run post-merger integrations end to end.
• You read financial statements and decide from them.
• You earn trust across the table, then build the team.
• You hire and develop people who close gaps.
