Job summary

Gastro Health in Miami seeks a Director of Operations Integration to lead the enterprise IMO for acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic ventures. You will supervise two Managers of Integration Operations, align cross-functional teams, and drive standardized, timely integration with a focus on patient care.

The role requires deep experience in physician practice operations, change leadership, and executive communication, with travel up to 75% as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires strong executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and program leadership.
• Proven track record leading large-scale integration or transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with physicians, leaders, and cross-functional teams during complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Leads Gastro Health’s Integration Management Office for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships; prioritizes resources and tracks performance.
• Directly leads two Managers of Integration Operations; establishes roles, expectations, and development priorities.
• Oversees integration governance, milestones, dependencies, and escalation pathways across concurrent transactions.
• Acts as senior liaison across support centers, market leaders, physicians, and stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant execution.
• Oversees post-close stabilization, KPI monitoring, and transition to steady-state operations.
