Gastro Health is seeking a Director of Operations Integration in Miami. This full-time role leads the enterprise Integration Management Office, guiding onboarding and optimization of acquired practices and partnerships with a focus on standardized, timely execution and high-quality patient care.

The position requires extensive experience in physician practice operations, change leadership, and cross-functional program management.

Formación

• BA/BS or graduate education preferred.
• 8-10 years in physician practice operations, multi-site management, or healthcare integration.
• 5+ years leading complex cross-functional programs, integrations, or transformation initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of physician practice operations (front office, back office, revenue cycle, EMR workflows).
• Demonstrated success in change management and physician/staff engagement during acquisitions.

Responsabilidades

• Leads Gastro Health’s enterprise Integration Management Office and oversees onboarding, stabilization, and optimization of acquired practices, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions.
• Directly lead, coach, develop, and deploy two Managers of Integration Operations; establish roles, expectations, and development priorities.
• Establish portfolio governance, integration priorities, resource allocation, milestones, decision rights, and escalation pathways across transactions.
• Serve as senior liaison among support center teams, market leaders, physicians, and stakeholders for organized, timely execution.
• Oversee on-site assessments, gap analyses, risk documentation, and action recommendations for stakeholders.
