Job summary

GI Alliance is seeking a Director of the Integration Management Office to lead the enterprise-wide integration strategy, manage a team of Integration Managers, and ensure seamless transitions for newly acquired or affiliated healthcare practices.

The role partners with executive leadership to align integrations with growth targets, quality of care, and regulatory standards, delivering on-time, on-scope results across operational, clinical, and administrative domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare integration, operations, or strategic project management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and organizational change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise-wide integration strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and clinical priorities.
• Oversee all integration efforts, managing timelines, outcomes, risks, and escalations for each initiative.
• Directly manage and mentor a team, providing strategic guidance and performance feedback.
• Partner with executive leadership during pre-close phases to inform due diligence and post-close planning.
• Establish standardized integration frameworks, playbooks, tools, and reporting structures.
• Lead cross-functional governance structures with input from operations, IT, HR, legal, compliance, and clinical leadership.
• Monitor progress through KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews; report to executive leadership with recommendations.
• Identify risks or roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies across multiple integrations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders—physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
