Job summary

Gastro Health is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager to translate enterprise priorities into actionable plans. You will work with physicians, operational leaders, and support teams across multiple locations to drive initiatives and improvements.

You will lead project planning, monitor progress, and deploy new processes and technologies while engaging stakeholders and sustaining adoption. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in operational improvement, standardization, or enterprise deployments preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred; PMP/Lean/Six Sigma desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic initiatives and special projects aligned with priorities.
• Coordinate project planning: timelines, milestones, resources, dependencies, risks.
• Partner with leaders to ensure effective execution of initiatives.
• Track progress, deliverables, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Deploy enterprise programs and new processes across practices and centers.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement via data and observation.
• Develop implementation plans, communications, and training materials.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
