Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking a Director/Manager of Clinical Operations in New York City to scale care delivery nationwide. You will lead therapy operations, launch the newly formed healthcare advocacy line, and shape how AI copilots support clinicians.

You will supervise case managers, partner with the Clinical Director, and report to the founders, building an integrated model that treats the whole person and meets Medicare standards.

Qualifications

• 4-12 years of experience ideally in clinical operations.
• Ability to lead and scale care delivery in a high-growth healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills with clinicians, engineers, lawyers, and founders.

Responsabilités

• Build the care model across therapy, advocacy, and case management.
• Scale new service lines into repeatable national operations.
• Shape AI copilots to support clinicians and reduce administrative work.
• Lead case management and escalation protocols for high-acuity cases.
• Create an integrated, whole-person care framework across teams.
