Wellabe is seeking a Director of Product Solutions to lead market analysis and direction for insurance products from design to delivery. The role partners with actuary, sales, and compliance to optimize pricing, profitability, and customer outcomes.

You will oversee development, implementation, and governance of product strategies across brands, ensuring regulatory alignment and strategic growth, with a focus on leadership and collaboration.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of insurance product management principles, processes, and practices.
• Knowledge of insurance products, market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand product performance, pricing and profitability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate market information and recommend solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various audiences.
• Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate across departments, including Actuarial, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations and Technology.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead product initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Leadership or people management experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in insurance product management, product development or related area.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement insurance products.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and understand insurance products market to suggest direction for development from design to delivery.
• Collaborate with Actuary to understand financial experience of product lines and report monthly.
• Develop pricing strategies balancing enterprise objectives and customer satisfaction.
• Work with sales and marketing to identify sales goals and support.
• Analyze consumer surveys to identify potential markets and communicate competitive position.
