United Bank seeks a Director of Insurance Solutions to lead insurance and annuity strategies across Wealth/Brokerage. You will guide product development, client advisory work, and risk management while mentoring a team of specialists.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years delivering insurance solutions, preferably life/health.
• Life & Health Insurance Licenses required; advanced designations preferred.
• Proven track record in needs-based selling and consultative sales processes.
• Experience in bank, brokerage, or wealth management environment preferred.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Travel across United Bank footprint.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and coaching of the Insurance Specialist.
• Serve as senior insurance authority across Wealth and Brokerage.
• Build relationships with Wealth, Retail, Commercial, and Corporate leaders.
• Identify and manage relationships with IMOs, BGAs, and carrier partners.
• Partner with Advisors to understand client goals and needs.
• Oversee insurance reviews for product suitability and risk assessment.
• Develop training programs for advisors and staff.
• Drive non-interest income opportunities through partnerships.
