Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and eight years' relevant experience.
• Graduate degree in data science, statistics, or related field.
• Experience with statistical software (R or Python).
• Experience with data visualization software (Tableau or Power BI).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the institutional research office, including budget development and supervision of staff.
• Analyze data to produce dashboards, reports, visuals, and analyses; support assessment activities.
• Coordinate and document data integration from diverse sources; develop guides and dictionaries.
• Design reports to support program evaluation and strategic initiatives.
• Develop predictive analytics to inform decision-making and best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management on grant applications and reporting; support research projects.
• Track enrollment, retention, and other success metrics to inform strategic planning.
• Communicate data findings clearly to audiences with varying technical levels and provide expert consultation on data management.
