Job summary

RFCUNY Research Foundation of the City University of New York is seeking a Manager for Data and Operations at Kingsborough Community College. The role will lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to support the CUNY Beyond initiative and drive evidence-based decision making across campus.

You will develop scalable data systems, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and manage several projects in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2–4 years of experience in data collection, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience developing, managing and improving programs or processes within complex work environments.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple projects with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to help KCC reach its goals.
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflows and improve coordination and information flow.
• Suggest and implement new processes; recommend technologies to boost effectiveness.
• Help the college become more efficient and effective.
• Data collection, analysis, display and reporting of CUNY Beyond implementation.
• Build and maintain integrated data sources, pipelines and reports.
• Create dashboards to monitor progress and provide insights.
• Partner to configure student information systems, CRMs and other platforms.
• Analyze data to inform leaders and improve decisions.
• Implement and improve data collection, sharing, and reporting practices.
• Cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders; develop guidance for users.
• Perform special projects as needed.
