Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years' relevant experience.
• Graduate degree in data science, statistics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with statistical software (R or Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; higher education data analytics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all federal, state, and other external reporting requirements are submitted accurately and on time.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of Institutional Research team including budget development and supervision.
• Analyze data to produce dashboards, institutional reports, and visualizations.
• Coordinate data integration from diverse sources and develop data source dictionaries.
• Design and produce data reports to support assessment activities and program evaluation.
• Develop predictive analytics to inform decision-making and best practices.
• Work with senior management to support grants, research projects, and accreditation reporting.
• Develop studies on enrollment, retention, and success metrics to inform strategic planning.
• Communicate data findings to audiences with varying technical expertise; promote data quality and governance.
