Job summary

Hy-Tek Intralogistics is seeking a Director of Installation to lead end-to-end installation execution across projects. You will manage field teams, subcontractors, and internal partners to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget outcomes aligned with Hy-Tek standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, PM, and safety for installations, driving SOP adherence, and resolving field execution issues. Travel up to 25% and multi-site oversight are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in installation, field operations, or construction leadership in the Material Handling Industry.
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site installation projects.
• Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical installation in material handling systems.
• Proven ability to lead field-based teams in dynamic construction environments.
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Strong communication with customers, internal teams, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of all installation scopes from mobilization through completion.
• Ensure installation activities align with drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Lead installation management team and field leadership.
• Set clear expectations for performance, safety, quality, and communication.
• Collaborate with Safety to drive incident prevention and corrective actions.
• Manage installation labor planning, manpower loading, and subcontractor utilization.
• Interface with Project Engineering, Project Management, and Sales as needed.
