Job summary

UGI Energy Services, LLC in Wyomissing, PA, seeks an experienced Inside Sales Operations lead to own the inbound sales engine for small accounts and to manage mass-marketing overflow.

You will run the RFP/price-request inbox end-to-end, ensure accurate quotes across multi-site projects, and supervise a 4–8 person team during daytime coverage. This in-office role emphasizes speed and precision over relationship selling, with a budget oversight of $8–10 million.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside sales or sales operations with team supervision.
• Experience with RFPs, price-requests, and quote-to-sign workflows.
• Ability to manage queue-driven operation and SLAs.
• In-office role based in Wyomissing.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound sales for smallest accounts and mass-marketing overflow.
• Run RFP/price-request inbox end-to-end: intake, triage, distribution, turnaround SLAs.
• Manage quote-and-close workflow for multi-site RFPs.
• Absorb mass-marketing renewals and small-account overflow.
• Staff and schedule daytime coverage for the desk-bound function.
• Serve as pricing filter to catch errors before quotes go out.
