Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Infrastructure to lead our IT team in Westfield, Indiana. You will own the design, implementation, and operation of our global infrastructure, guiding engineers and ensuring security, performance, and availability across networks and systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering, 10+ years of infrastructure experience with at least 5 in leadership, and hands-on experience with Silver Peak, AD, Fortinet, and Fortigate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in infrastructure, with at least 5 in leadership.
• Proven experience with Silver Peak, Active Directory, Fortinet, and Fortigate.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of infrastructure services.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and operation of network systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect company data and IT systems from threats.
• Manage and oversee the operation of our Silver Peak, Active Directory, Fortinet, and Fortigate systems.
• Lead and manage a team of infrastructure engineers, providing training, guidance, and support as necessary.
• Collaborate with other department heads to align infrastructure strategy with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, implementing changes as necessary.
• Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, implementing changes as necessary to ensure the company remains competitive.
