Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Director of Information Technology in West Palm Beach, FL, to lead the organization’s technology strategy and operations. The role blends executive leadership with hands-on implementation in a hybrid work environment, supporting approximately 85 employees.

The ideal candidate will own IT strategy, cybersecurity, vendor relationships, and cross‑functional tech initiatives while partnering with executive leadership to drive growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 8+ years IT experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years IT leadership/management experience.
• Experience with MS 365 or Google Workspace.
• Strong vendor/MSP management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IT strategy and infrastructure plans.
• Lead day-to-day IT operations for ~85 employees.
• Manage networks, cloud infrastructure, endpoints, communications, and business applications.
• Lead cybersecurity, data protection, access controls, and disaster recovery.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, and technology standards.
