Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years in automation, controls, systems integration, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Demonstrated success supporting business development, technical sales, consulting, or strategic account management.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, electrical and mechanical systems, industrial automation and controls, system integration architectures, and OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Support business development activities and national strategic account growth.
• Lead and support customer-facing technical sales efforts.
• Assist with proposal strategy, solution development, and executive presentations.
• Provide technical consultation on automation, controls, and OT solutions.
• Identify customer needs and develop differentiated, reliable, scalable, and cybersecure solutions.
• Support sales enablement, market intelligence, and partner development.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth and customer success.
• Assist with contract negotiations and strategic account expansion.
