Job summary

Blossom is seeking an SVP, Sales – Core & Digital to lead enterprise software deals with credit unions in the United States. You will drive new logos, manage multi-year contracts, and present to executive teams.

This role requires a seasoned leader with deep fintech and payments knowledge, a strong negotiation track record, and the ability to build strategic relationships with CEOs and CIOs. Willingness to travel is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive sales leadership and product strategy experience in fintech.
• Experience in the credit union market is preferred.
• Executive-level experience in card products or financial technology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition in the credit union market through proactive prospecting and executive relationship building.
• Own and manage full sales cycle from outreach to contract execution for core processing and digital banking solutions.
• Develop and maintain a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and revenue visibility.
• Lead executive and board presentations to credit union leadership teams.
• Negotiate terms and multi-year agreements; position bundled solutions for growth.
