Industry Analysts, Inc. seeks a Director of Implementation to oversee the end-to-end delivery of client onboarding and technology deployments across Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and related solutions. You will coordinate from pre-sales validation to go-live, stabilization, and acceptance by NOC and Service Delivery teams.

The role requires strategic and operational leadership, ensuring smooth handoffs, billing readiness, and successful transition to operations.
