Advocate Health in Wisconsin seeks a Radiology Operations Leader to oversee imaging services across clinics in Waukesha/Jefferson and Washington Counties. You will lead staffing, QA programs, safety, and policy implementation to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include budgeting, capital acquisitions, staff development, and ensuring compliance with Joint Commission and NRC standards while fostering a collaborative environment with radiologists and technologists.

Responsibilities

• Maintains proper staffing levels, including the development and maintenance of productivity and quality standards.
• Recommends, develops, implements, and maintains QA and Performance Improvement programs with focus on costs, patient care, and safety.
• Maintains communication with managers, technologists, radiologists and other departments to optimize patient flow and care.
• Provides policy interpretation, education and implementation; monitors room utilization and directs staff.
• Establishes an in-service program for Radiologic Technologists.
• Plans and maintains technical and system changes that are cost-effective for patient care.
• Investigates complaints and responds promptly to suggestions and concerns.
• Participates in budget processes and manages within allocations.
• Leads capital acquisitions, ensures supply of operating materials cost-effectively.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, local laws and NRC/TJC standards in Radiology.
• Performs HR duties including coaching, performance reviews, hiring and corrective actions.
• Upholds Code of Ethical Conduct and organizational policies.
