Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration or closely related field.
• Four years of professional experience in budget or financial administration, with 18 months in executive/administrative supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale disbursements totaling about $10 billion annually.
• Direct CAMFR unit and monthly cash advances to 744 contract agencies.
• Ensure fiscal integrity and proper disbursement via NYC's FMS system for services.
• Develop and enforce accounting policies and internal controls within FMS.
