Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. in New York City seeks an Administrative Staff Analyst II (NM) to lead the SRO Supportive Housing program, ensuring alignment with NYSSHP mandates and working with the Executive Director and other senior staff on program priorities.

You will provide leadership on new contracts and amendments, coordinate with ACCO and Finance to process changes, monitor milestones, and advise on operational challenges to sustain service continuity and effective use of funds.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or public administration with related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of professional experience in budget or financial administration, with 18 months in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Executive Director to ensure SRO Supportive Housing goals align with NYSSHP mandates.
  • Provide leadership and project management on new contract awards and amendments.
  • Coordinate with ACCO and Finance to process amendments and monitor milestones.
  • Conduct regular meetings to ensure continuity of service and monitor funds spent.
  • Advise on critical issues affecting division effectiveness and propose solutions.
  • Review new supportive and affordable housing proposals submitted to DSS/HRA.
