Job summary

Stryker Digital, LLC is seeking an HR leader to own and scale HR operations for a fully remote U.S. workforce. You will manage compliance, payroll, benefits, onboarding and offboarding, and partner with executives on risk, terminations, and compensation.

You will drive multi-state compliance, policy design, and scalable HR systems that support rapid growth across a distributed team. Rippling experience is preferred and a strong people-first, entrepreneurial mindset is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years scaling HR in a 30-100+ person organization.
• Hands-on multi-state compliance and remote workforce experience; Rippling preferred.
