Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Director of People Operations to scale HR as we grow internationally. You’ll own the employee lifecycle, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance training, and lead expansion into new countries.

Lead the People Ops team, partner with Finance and Legal on payroll and cross-border compliance, and manage Employer of Record partnerships to build scalable processes as we scale globally. Chainguard is a remote-first company delivering hardened open source builds to enterprise
