Job summary

American House seeks a Director of HRIS to provide strategic leadership and governance for our Ceridian Dayforce platform. You will shape the HRIS vision, roadmap, and governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and scalable HR technology that aligns with organizational growth.

You will lead modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance) and drive enterprise analytics, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize HR processes and reporting for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading Ceridian Dayforce in a complex org.
• Proven success developing HR technology strategies and leading enterprise-wide implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, data management, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the HRIS strategy, governance, and multi-year roadmap for the organization.
• Oversee design, implementation, testing, and deployment of Dayforce modules and upgrades.
• Develop a multi-year HRIS strategy aligned with growth goals and present business cases to leadership.
• Direct dashboards, analytics, and reporting solutions for executive decision-making.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to ensure seamless integration and governance.
