Job summary

American House is seeking a Director of HRIS to set the strategic direction for the organization's HR technology platform, Ceridian Dayforce, and lead governance, data integrity, and security initiatives.

You will partner with executives to drive architectural decisions, manage cross-functional implementations, and advance analytics that inform senior leadership. A strong focus on change management and scaling HR systems is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HRIS leadership experience.
• Significant experience leading and optimizing Ceridian Dayforce in a complex organization.
• Proven success developing HR technology strategies and leading enterprise-wide implementations.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, payroll systems, workforce data management, and system integrations.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Formulas, Lookup Functions, Macros, and Complex Reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision, governance, and long-term roadmap for the organization's global HRIS platform.
• Lead design, planning, implementation, testing, and deployment of modules, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Develop and execute a multi-year HRIS strategy aligned with goals and growth.
• Present recommendations and technology investments to executive leadership.
• Provide executive oversight of Dayforce modules: Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance.
• Establish governance standards for data integrity, controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Lead enterprise training and change management to maximize adoption.
