Datavant is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, shaping talent strategies aligned with business goals. You will drive integrations for acquisitions, lead leadership development, and manage employee relations while partnering with Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.

You will influence organizational effectiveness, coach senior leaders, and analyze HR metrics to guide decisions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience in an HRBP role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience leading HR integration efforts for acquisitions, including cultural and operational transitions.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Experience coaching and influencing senior leaders to drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on talent strategies and organizational development.
• Lead integration efforts for acquisitions, including change management, cultural alignment, policy harmonization, and engagement.
• Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
• Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent approaches.
• Partner with leaders to develop and execute HR programs supporting company objectives.
• Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and development.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, and L&D to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to build an inclusive culture.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and mitigates organizational risk.
