Hensley Beverage Company seeks a senior Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team across Arizona and New Mexico. You will own HRIS, build proactive recruitment pipelines, manage benefits and compensation, and ensure compliance with employment laws while partnering with operations on safety and risk.

Based in Phoenix, this on-site role requires travel across the two states and a focus on building processes that scale with our growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading a function.
• Multi-state experience, preferably AZ and NM.
• Hands-on ownership of HRIS and HR systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the HR team across AZ and NM, define roles, set SLAs, and build bench talent.
• Drive HRIS adoption, automate processes, and enable manager self-service.
