Child & Family Resources seeks an experienced HR Director in Arizona to align HR strategies with our mission and values. The role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and staff development, fostering an inclusive culture while driving organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will lead workforce planning, develop HR systems, and partner with Finance and Operations on payroll and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or equivalent.
• Master’s degree and PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a comparable HR leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
• Experience managing HR functions across a diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s mission.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Lead performance management, compensation and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Provide HR counsel to executive leadership and manage HR budgets.
