Qualifications

• 7+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience OR a combination
• Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience preferred
• 9+ years of client-facing experience or consulting experience or a combination
• 9+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting preferred

Responsibilities

• Consult with senior executives and HR partner groups to drive business success and deliver an aligned HR strategy
• Translate business strategy into talent strategy and embed a culture where associates are valued and have equitable opportunity
• Define talent strategy, workforce planning, succession planning, and recruitment/retention approaches
• Assess Human Capital risks and develop remediation strategies; monitor trends and gaps for strategic decisions
• Provide executive coaching and strategic guidance on leadership, teamwork, org design and strategy
• Lead enterprise-wide HR projects and partner across the organization to share systemic HR solutions
