Job summary

The role requires relationship-building, stakeholder management, and strong problem-solving skills to deliver people initiatives across multiple VP and Senior Director levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 3 years of human resources experience.
• At least 3 years of client facing or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project or process management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement talent strategies to support the organization’s goals.
• Build effective working relationships with business leaders and understand business imperatives.
• Collaborate with HR partner teams to execute on talent strategies and programs.
• Execute cyclical HR processes including performance and talent management and all-associate surveys.
• Work with leaders on day-to-day HR-related problem solving.
• Leverage people data to inform talent strategy and insights.
• Coach leaders on leadership skills, organizational design, and talent management.
• Contribute to priority initiatives across the Retail Bank.
