Lumen is seeking a Director of HR Solutions to shape strategic people transformation initiatives that advance enterprise transformation, organizational effectiveness, and workforce readiness across AI-enabled operating models.

The role acts as a trusted advisor to leaders, driving organizational design, talent needs, and change adoption. You will partner with COEs and business leaders to enable the transformation program and sustain adoption across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with design and transformation.
• 4+ years of direct or matrixed leadership experience.
• Experience assessing people implications of transformation and redesign.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, governance, and diagnostics.
• Working knowledge of generative AI and its workforce impact.
• Strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• High learning agility and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Self-motivated leader with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Advise leaders on people implications of AI adoption and transformation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop integrated people strategies.
• Develop organizational design and workforce strategies aligned with evolving models.
• Lead enterprise change management to ensure readiness and adoption.
• Collaborate with sponsors and teams to define scope, success measures, and governance.
• Drive timely delivery of milestones and maintain accountability.
• Identify and mitigate transformation risks and drive capability-building.
• Embed employee experience and engagement in transformation programs.
