Pepsi Bottling Ventures in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Director, Capital Programs & PMO to lead the Engineering PMO strategy, portfolio governance, and capital project delivery across manufacturing and distribution.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology to ensure projects deliver measurable value, from concept through startup, with travel up to 40%.

This role reports to the executive leadership and requires strong leadership, risk management, and communication.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years in capital projects, engineering programs, or PMO leadership.
• 7+ years leading project portfolios or engineering organizations.
• Experience influencing executive leadership and driving strategic decisions.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Engineering PMO strategy, governance, and project management standards.
• Direct portfolio governance, capital investment planning, and financial controls.
• Drive portfolio prioritization and capital program execution across functions.
• Ensure project delivery from concept to startup and handoff.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to realize value.
