Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior with interest in HR/People & Culture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Past leadership experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation for local travel to customer locations and events.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple People & Culture functions, including Employee Relations, P&C Business Partnering, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Assist with projects and initiatives that support business objectives and enhance the employee experience.
• Conduct research and analyze People & Culture data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Assist with the development of employee communications, presentations, training materials, and HR resources.
• Observe and participate in employee relations matters while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Attend meetings, workshops, and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to strategic People & Culture initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, programs, benefits, and other People & Culture-related matters.
