Job summary

Temple Health is seeking an HR Director, Center of Excellence to lead the organization's HR operations strategy and total rewards programs. You will partner with executives to attract, retain, and engage talent while ensuring regulatory compliance and service excellence across payroll, benefits, and HR systems.

This remote role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and data-driven decision making to scale HR services across multiple sites and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in HR operations, compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits, compliance, and employment laws.
• Experience leading HR technology implementations and process transformation.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise HR programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Center of Excellence strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee payroll and shared services operations with centralized governance.
• Design and manage total rewards programs including compensation and benefits.
• Lead talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession initiatives.
• Develop data dashboards and analytics to inform decision making.
• Partner with executives to drive organizational effectiveness and change management.
