Job summary

Temple Health in Philadelphia seeks a Director of Patient Experience to lead and coordinate initiatives that shape perceptions of care across Temple University Health System. You will oversee patient experience operations and training programs, partnering with senior leaders to ensure service excellence and compassionate care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field and ideally a Master’s; several years in healthcare leadership with strong CAHPS knowledge are

Qualifications

• 3 years leadership experience in Healthcare, Customer Service/Hospitality, Quality Improvement, Communications or related fields.
• General Experience with HCAHPS, OAS-CAHPS, outpatient, behavioral health and oncology patient satisfaction surveys.
• 3 years experience implementing and accomplishing customer service improvements in a health care setting.
• General Experience working with patient satisfaction vendor.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational initiatives to improve patient experience and service delivery across Temple Health.
• Oversee patient experience training programs and staff development.
• Collaborate with Chief Experience Officer and senior leaders to ensure compassionate care and high service standards.
• Represent the voice of internal and external customers in strategic planning.
