Job summary

CCSNW is seeking a Director of Housing Services to oversee PSH and scattered-site housing across Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties. This full-time exempt role leads housing operations, staff development, and cross-program integration of behavioral health and SUD services to promote resident stability and well-being.

The role requires a BA in social services, 7 years in a management capacity, strong budgeting and compliance experience, and a commitment to CCSNW’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in social services or related field.
• 7 years of progressive experience in a management position, including supervision of leadership staff.
• Progressive fiscal management experience including budget oversight.
• Experience in a Social Services setting.
• Experience with Housing and working with a diverse population (i.e., chronic homeless, substance abuse, mental health issues, etc.).
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects involving diverse agencies and institutions.
• Current WA State Driver’s License & proof of current automobile insurance.
• Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services and a knowledge of and commitment to working within the Social Teaching of the Catholic Church.
• Support and contribute to a creative, collaborative and respectful environment that promotes Teamwork.
• Criminal History Background Checks are required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CCSNW's Housing Services for PSH and scattered-site housing.
• Lead transformation of housing programs to a whole-person, client-centered model.
• Integrate behavioral health and SUD services into housing programs.
• Ensure program compliance with licensing, contracts and outcomes.
• Maintain fiscal solvency through budgets, reports, and grant procurement.
• Represent CCSNW in community meetings and build partnerships.
