The Just One Project is seeking a Director of Housing and Supportive Services to lead programs that connect Southern Nevada residents to housing stability and essential resources. You will guide the people, partnerships, and initiatives that drive meaningful community impact from our Las Vegas headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of progressive program management experience in nonprofit or human services.
• Experience overseeing multiple programs and supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight across programs focused on housing stability, case management, and community-based support.
• Lead, mentor, and develop program managers and staff to ensure accountability and excellence.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders to strengthen services.
• Support organizational mission through participation in events, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
