The Just One Project is seeking a Development Officer to connect people, partnerships, and resources to meaningful community impact in Las Vegas. You will cultivate donor relationships, identify fundraising opportunities, and coordinate development initiatives that strengthen our mission.

We're looking for an experienced, relationship-driven professional with fundraising knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and sound judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, or related field.
• Experience using Neon CRM for donor management and reporting.
• Strong donor cultivation, relationship management, and fundraising outreach skills.
• Proficiency in donor stewardship and development processes.
• Professionalism, discretion, and strong communication with major donors and executives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain donor relationships with supporters, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
• Support fundraising campaigns, donor solicitation, sponsorships, and development initiatives.
• Identify and research prospective donors and funding opportunities.
• Manage donor relationships, development projects, and fundraising activities.
• Coordinate donor outreach, meetings, tours, presentations, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare donor briefings, proposals, and sponsorship materials.
• Maintain accurate donor records and reporting through Neon CRM.
• Assist with planning and execution of fundraising events and campaigns.
