Job summary

Community Housing Innovations, Inc. (CHI) seeks a Program Director to oversee facility operations, ensure client services, and maintain compliance with DHS and OTDA regulations in a safe, healthy residential environment.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work (or related field) with five years of supervisory experience in social services, plus strong budgeting and stakeholder engagement skills. Located in Gowanus/Brooklyn, NY; on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field required.
• Combination of five years of supervisory experience in social services, program administration, and facilities management.
• Proficiency in English; multi-lingual and Spanish proficiency prioritized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all program operations to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with DHS outcomes and CHI policies.
• Manage housing placement services, census, and vocational services.
• Hire and review performance of management staff.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with OTDA, DHS, and CHI.
