Job summary

Chick-fil-A Lake District is seeking an entrepreneurially minded hospitality leader with restaurant experience to direct store operations. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, and training high-quality staff while implementing FOH and BOH processes to drive food safety, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The Director will model servant leadership, shape team culture, and manage inventory, scheduling, and hiring to support a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurially minded hospitality professional with restaurant experience to lead the business.
• Ability to recruit, onboard, and train high-quality restaurant staff.
• Lead Front of House and Back of House operational processes and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Align with the Lake District Chick-fil-A mission and lead by servant leadership.
• Set and demonstrate excellence; shape the future of Lake District Chick-fil-A.
• Engage and develop Team Members, Leaders, and Managers; ensure food safety, quality, and customer service.
• Oversee FOH and BOH playbooks to improve productivity, sales, and satisfaction.
• Establish a training program that challenges employees in their personal and professional lives.
• Create team schedules at least two weeks in advance; optimize hiring processes.
