Job summary

Corewell Health seeks a senior leader to plan, organize, and direct Support Services operations across multiple locations, including ambulatory sites in the service area. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Business or related field is required or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience leading environmental service and/or nutrition services teams in the health care industry is required.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Skills, knowledge, abilities typically gained through related experience are required.
• CDM certification (CBDM) with 1 1/2 years of experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages those who schedule, assign and distribute work among department employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Establishes and communicates quality standards for designated services and programs and implements procedures to measure them.
• Oversees Nutrition Services responsibilities including menu preparation, procurement, storage, inventory, and compliance with dietary guidelines and HACCP.
• Designs, implements and maintains policies and procedures reflecting regulatory guidelines.
• Oversees Environmental Services, inspecting facilities and coordinating supplies and equipment.
