Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of Angels in the Home with a focus on quality client care and satisfaction
• Build referral relationships and partnerships with community organizations
• Recruit, coach, and develop a capable caregiving team
• Oversee client experiences from intake through ongoing care coordination
• Identify new services and opportunities to grow private-pay home care in Iowa
• Ensure compliance, safety, and high ethical standards across operations
