HomeCare Advocacy Network of Southwest Iowa is seeking a Full-Time Recruitment and Education Coordinator to build and support a growing team of caregivers in Council Bluffs.

You will recruit, train, onboard, schedule, and communicate with caregivers and clients, while using WellSky and other tools to keep operations running smoothly. The role is onsite, offering competitive pay and benefits with growth opportunities in a caring community.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and onboarding experience
• Onboarding/training experience
• Office experience and basic computer skills
• Strong communication, verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Caregiving experience in senior or home care (Hospice & Dementia)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and onboard caregivers
• Lead training sessions
• Coordinate caregiver/client schedules with Service Coordinator
• Provide in-home training and caregiver coverage as needed
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and clients
• Develop recruiting strategies
• Use scheduling software to track activity (WellSky)
• Rotate on-call responsibilities
